Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm HKT (Hong Kong Time). That's 1am–10am UTC, or 8pm–5am EST (previous day). Enterprise customers have access to 24/7 priority support.
How quickly can I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. Enterprise customers receive priority response within 4 hours.
